I am testing Windows 7 RC and found that a previously reported bug with Vietnamese locale data, specifically, Vietnamese collation, that was not fixed correctly in Vista, has been left untouched in Windows 7 RC.

Having a correct Vietnamese collation is very important to us in our daily use of Windows and Microsoft's other products, such as Office and SQL Server. Will Microsoft fix it by the final release?
